About Us

Cathy Bowes is a NY State Licensed Acupuncturist and is NCCAOM Board Certified in Acupuncture. She holds a Master of Science degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine and a Bachelor of Professional Studies from New York College of Health Professions where she graduated with both Academic and Clinical Excellence.  She previously attended SUNY Albany where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.   She is an active member of the Acupuncture Society of New York (ASNY) and continues to further her knowledge while maintaining high standards of care in the profession. Cathy uses a variety of techniques while treating her patients, including Acupuncture, Cupping, Gua sha, Electrical Stimulation, Tui Na and Moxibustion.  She has also obtained certification in Facial Rejuvenation with Acupuncture.
